Der Erziehungsbeistand hat die Aufgabe, das Kind, den Jugendlichen und jungen Vollj\u00e4hrigen in seiner Entwicklung zu begleiten und zu unterst\u00fctzen, \u00fcbernimmt dabei eine Vorbildfunktion, bietet Orientierung und schafft konstruktive Konfrontationsm\u00f6glichkeiten. Sie orientiert sich an den Bedarfen, ist lebensweltorientiert und ressourcenbezogen angelegt. Sie stellt die Kompetenzen des Familiensystems in den Vordergrund, damit die Familie vorhandene Ressourcen in Krisensituationen wieder f\u00fcr sich aktivieren kann.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kommunikations- und Verhaltensmuster der hilfesuchenden Familie werden mit Einsatz von therapeutischen Interventionen bewusst gemacht und nutzbringend (um)gedeutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Methoden sind u.a. Genogrammarbeit, Skalierungsfragen, Skulpturen bzw. Arbeit mit dem Familienbrett, sowie das ganze Repertoire der systemischen Therapie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Hilfe basiert auf der Einsicht, dass von einer Familie oder anderen sozialen Systemen beobachtete Probleme immer etwas mit Kommunikation, Bindungen und der Wahrnehmung von Realit\u00e4t zu tun haben oder sogar Ausdruck dessen sind. Dies umfasst auch die Abkl\u00e4rung, ob ein Kind\/Jugendlicher in der Familie seinen Lebensmittelpunkt behalten kann oder ob eine au\u00dferh\u00e4usliche Unterbringung sinnvoller ist.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zu Beginn der Ma\u00dfnahme wird ein Erstgespr\u00e4ch mit dem zust\u00e4ndigen Jugendamt, der Familie und den durchf\u00fchrenden MitarbeiterInnen gef\u00fchrt. In diesem Gespr\u00e4ch sollen erste Ziele und die Gr\u00fcnde des Clearings thematisiert werden. Allen Beteiligten soll transparent gemacht werden, welche Zwecke ein Clearing beinhaltet und ob es eventuelle Konsequenzen f\u00fcr die Betroffenen hat, wenn die Mitarbeit verweigert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch eine lebensweltorientierte, systemische und ressourcenorientierte Arbeit soll mit dem Bezugssystem des Kindes \/ Jugendlichen neue Perspektiven erarbeitet werden. Pflegefamilien haben deshalb einen Anspruch auf kontinuierliche Beratung und Begleitung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Ziel ist, dass in den Pflegefamilien die pers\u00f6nlichen Rechte der Kinder verwirklicht werden k\u00f6nnen und deren Schutz umfassend gew\u00e4hrleistet ist. Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass in dem privaten Rahmen der Pflegefamilie die Teilhabe der Kinder gef\u00f6rdert und ihre individuellen F\u00e4higkeiten entwickelt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Auswahl, Begleitung und Beratung von Pflegeeltern stellen einen eigenen Aufgabenbereich dar. Diese Aufgaben sind daher in den meisten Jugend\u00e4mtern in einem speziellen Fachdienst (Pflegekinderdienst) geb\u00fcndelt oder werden von einem freien Tr\u00e4ger \u00fcbernommen. Dieser Fachdienst soll mit seinen Angeboten Pflegefamilien w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Pflegeverh\u00e4ltnisses vor \u00dcberforderung sch\u00fctzen, indem eine der jeweiligen Situation angemessene Unterst\u00fctzung und Begleitung angeboten wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei entsprechendem Bedarf k\u00f6nnen auch zus\u00e4tzliche Leitungen f\u00fcr die Pflegefamilie gew\u00e4hrt werden. In dieser Zeit stehen die Kinder mitten im Konfliktfeld. Sie k\u00f6nnen ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Rechte meist nur unzureichend geltend machen. Oft sind die Konflikte zwischen den Eltern so gravierend, dass eine unbelastete Beziehung zum Kind nicht m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4ufig kommt es damit zum Kontaktabbruch zu wichtigen Bezugspersonen des Kindes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begleiteter Umgang ist ein Angebot f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche, nicht sorgeberechtigte Eltern, Geschwister, Gro\u00df-, Stief- und ehemalige Pflegeeltern, um tragf\u00e4hige Regelungen zum Wohle des Kindes zu erarbeiten. <a
